Job Description

Mekar is looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to help grow our brand across the GCC. You'll use modern marketing tools (including AI) to create content, manage campaigns, and strengthen our digital presence in the HVAC industry.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of room to experiment, take ownership, and make a real impact from day one.

What You'll Do

Create technical and marketing content including case studies, presentations, videos, catalogues, and social posts Manage and grow our digital platforms: website, LinkedIn, Google Business, and Instagram Plan and execute digital lead-generation activities: SEO, paid ads, and marketing automation Plan and support exhibitions, trade shows, and customer engagement events Build customer retention programs such as email marketing and follow-up campaigns Track campaign performance and report insights to guide improvements

What You'll Bring

Marketing experience, ideally in technical or industrial sectors A proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and willingness to take ownership Ability to work independently while bringing fresh ideas Experience with marketing automation and AI-powered productivity tools Strong content creation skills across writing, design, and video Good understanding of SEO and Google Ads Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
