for Marketing Executive

1. Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, etc.).

2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and new opportunities.

3. Monitor and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements based on insights.

4. Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms (social media, websites, blogs, email newsletters, etc.).

5. Write persuasive copy for advertising materials, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand voice and messaging.

7. Design eye-catching graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, email templates, advertisements, brochures, posters, and more.

8.Support the management of social media accounts, including content scheduling, post design, and engagement strategies.

9. Assist in developing and maintaining consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms.

10.Work with internal teams to ensure the brand's vision, voice, and messaging are represented effectively in all marketing outputs.

11. Support the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, or brand activations.

Required Skillls:

1. Knowledge of branding and positioning strategies.

2. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.

3. Graphic Design skills (Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design software is a significant advantage).

4. Basic understanding of video production tools is a plus.

Qualification :

1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

2. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role.

3.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

4. 2+ years of Experience
