About the Team



You'll be joining the high-performing Marketing team within Careem Food, a rapidly growing vertical on a mission to redefine how people in the region experience food. The team drives full-funnel marketing strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and retention -- working hand-in-hand with product, growth, commercial and analytics functions.


About the Role



We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and drive business growth for Careem Food. You will play a pivotal role in localizing global marketing strategies, managing campaign operations, and tracking performance, ensuring every initiative speaks to the local consumer while delivering on key metrics.


What You'll Do




Execute integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) across multiple geographies and channels Support in developing campaign strategies aligned with commercial goals and market dynamics Localize global content and collaborate with design and brand teams to ensure high-quality creative outputs Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, etc. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Growth, Product, Commercial, and Analytics Manage agencies and vendors for timely and on-brand campaign delivery Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior


What You'll Need




2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce, tech, FMCG, or digital agency environments Hands-on experience with campaign management, brand activations, or performance marketing Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus) Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Passion for food, tech, and the MENA region
