We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive with strong expertise in website management, SEO, graphic design, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will support brand growth, lead generation, content creation, and campaign execution while working closely with internal teams to enhance overall brand visibility and business performance.
Key Responsibilities1. Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market studies to analyze industry trends, brand positioning, and competitor activities.
Assess consumer behavior and identify emerging opportunities to support marketing strategy.
Contribute to the development of marketing plans, advertising efforts, and promotional campaigns.
Perform competitor benchmarking and recommend strategies to strengthen brand presence.
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other platforms.
Use CRM and automation tools to enhance lead generation and nurturing.
Track and evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and revenue goals.
3. Graphic Design & Creative Content
Design high-quality visuals for digital and print materials such as brochures, banners, flyers, and corporate collaterals.
Create engaging social media content including posts, stories, reels, emailers, and infographics.
Handle photography, videography, and editing for brand and promotional content.
Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and campaign goals.
4. Website Management & Online Presence
Maintain and regularly update website content, ensuring accuracy, quality, and SEO optimization.
Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics, offering data-driven suggestions for improvement.
Coordinate with developers to implement technical upgrades and enhance user experience.
5. AI Tools & Productivity
Utilize AI-powered tools for content creation, automation, analytics, and workflow efficiency.
Stay updated on digital trends and introduce innovative marketing solutions when relevant.
6. Collaboration, Events & Reporting
Work closely with sales, operations, and design teams to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.
Support planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and webinars to increase brand visibility.
Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance, campaign ROI, and analytics insights.
Maintain a structured content calendar and well-organized creative asset library.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or marketing communications.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM, automation tools).
Strong understanding of website content management, CMS platforms, and SEO best practices.
Creative thinker with excellent storytelling and content creation skills.
Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools is an added advantage.
Strong communication, project management, and teamwork abilities.
