Overview

GiftyGram Flowers is looking for a talented and multi-skilled

Marketing Executive

to elevate our brand presence, produce high-quality content, and drive both organic and paid growth. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, tech-savvy, and experienced across all key areas of modern digital marketing -- from filming and editing to website management and e-commerce.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Production

Film high-quality content showcasing our floral products, behind-the-scenes operations, and campaigns. Edit videos and photos for ads, social media, and promotional materials. Develop creative content concepts aligned with the GiftyGram Flowers brand.

Social Media Management

Manage all GiftyGram social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube). Plan and post a consistent content calendar. Engage with followers and maintain our brand voice. Track analytics and optimize content for growth and engagement.

Graphic Design

Create beautiful, on-brand graphics for social media, ads, email marketing, and promotions. Ensure all visuals reflect the GiftyGram Flowers aesthetic and quality.

Website Development & E-commerce

Maintain and update the GiftyGram Flowers website. Manage product listings, collections, and online store improvements. Optimize website performance, SEO, and conversion rates.

Digital Marketing & Growth

Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok). Build strong organic growth strategies to increase reach and brand presence. Analyze data and generate performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

Proven experience in filming and editing content. Strong experience in social media management. Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.). Knowledge of website development (WordPress, Shopify, or similar). Experience with e-commerce platforms. Ability to run paid ads effectively (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads). Strong understanding of organic social growth. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
