We are a growing Engineering Consultancy Office in Dubai seeking a
creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist
to manage our social media presence and attract new clients.What You'll Do:
Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts. Create engaging content: posts, short videos, and Reels. Develop and execute a monthly content plan. Run and monitor ad campaigns (Lead Generation). Track performance and provide simple monthly reports. Collaborate to improve content and marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For:
2-3 years of experience in UAE, preferably in engineering or consultancy marketing. Strong content creation and mobile video shooting skills. Deep understanding of UAE market and audience. Excellent Arabic writing skills. Team player with good communication skills.
