Position Overview
We are looking for a
creative, data-driven, and tech-savvy Marketing Executive
with hands-on experience in
digital marketing, website management, SEO, and graphic design
. This role involves strategizing and executing marketing campaigns, managing the company's online presence, generating leads, and collaborating across departments to strengthen brand identity and business growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and new opportunities.
Support in developing comprehensive marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
Benchmark competitors and recommend innovative strategies to enhance brand positioning.
Contribute to marketing budgets, advertising plans, and performance tracking.
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads
, and other online platforms.
Implement
SEO strategies
to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
Use
CRM and automation tools
to manage leads and optimize conversion funnels.
Analyze campaign data to generate performance reports and actionable insights.
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
3. Graphic Design & Visual Content
Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media such as brochures, flyers, banners, and catalogs.
Develop engaging content for social media, advertisements, reels, and email campaigns.
Manage
photography, videography, and video editing
for marketing materials.
Ensure all visuals and creatives reflect consistent brand identity and messaging.
4. Website Management & SEO
Oversee and update the company's website to ensure accurate, engaging, and optimized content.
Track website performance and analytics, and propose improvements for better user experience and SEO ranking.
Collaborate with developers for technical updates and UX enhancements.
5. AI & Innovation
Utilize
AI-driven tools
for content creation, analytics, and marketing automation.
Stay updated with emerging digital trends to implement innovative marketing approaches.
6. Collaboration, Events & Reporting
Work closely with sales, design, and operations teams to align marketing goals with business strategies.
Assist in planning and executing
events, exhibitions, and webinars
to enhance brand visibility.
Maintain a structured content calendar and library of creative assets.
Prepare detailed campaign reports highlighting ROI and performance insights.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field.
Experience:
2-4 years in digital marketing, marketing communications, or graphic design.
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
, and digital platforms such as
Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and CRM systems
.
Strong understanding of
website CMS, SEO principles
, and online marketing strategies.
Excellent creative, storytelling, and content creation abilities.
Familiarity with
AI-based marketing tools
is an advantage.
Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,800.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
