Fasttrack Vehicles Registration is seeking a proactive and energetic

Marketing Assistant

to help expand our customer base and support all vehicle-related transactions. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, outgoing, and eager to grow in the field of marketing and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

? Plan and execute basic marketing activities to promote our motor services
? Generate high-quality leads through social media, WhatsApp outreach, referrals & field marketing
? Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate service information
? Coordinate end-to-end vehicle transactions -- registration, renewal, insurance, testing, ownership transfer, RTA/Tasjeel processes
? Maintain records, follow up with clients, and ensure timely completion of tasks
? Assist in preparing simple marketing content, status updates, and promotional materials
? Support the team in daily operations and administrative work.

Skills & Requirements

? Strong communication & customer service skills
? Basic understanding of marketing (social media, content posting, outreach)
? Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
? Organized, punctual, and reliable
? Knowledge of RTA or vehicle registration processes is a bonus (training will be provided)
? Must be based in Dubai
