Role Overview:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing engaging content, coordinating with external marketing agencies, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, strong communication skills, and an understanding of real estate marketing dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage content for social media, website, newsletters, and marketing collateral. Coordinate with marketing and advertising agencies for campaign execution and performance tracking. Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies for new projects and brand awareness initiatives. Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance metrics. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, management) to align marketing efforts with business goals. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' marketing activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the

real estate development

sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong coordination, organizational, and project management abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation. Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
