Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Manage company social media platforms and monitor performance metrics. Organize events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness. Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accurate campaign tracking and reporting. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for advertising and creative support. Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed marketing reports and insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the IT or technology sector. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
