2-4 years of experience in marketing (preferably in landscaping, construction, real estate, or design industries).
Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and social media content.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and branding.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.).
Photography/videography skills are a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creativity with an appreciation for outdoor aesthetics and environmental design.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Passionate about sustainability, outdoor living, and green spaces.
Holding a Valid UAE Driving License.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Identify target markets and customer segments within the residential, commercial, and municipal landscaping sectors.
Coordinate seasonal marketing campaigns aligned with project timelines and business goals.
Manage the company's social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) with engaging visual and written content.
Create and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Oversee website updates, SEO improvements, and online portfolio presentation.
Track analytics and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with designers and project teams to showcase completed landscaping projects through photography, videos, and case studies.
Develop brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Support sales efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and client marketing collateral.
Organize or participate in trade shows, garden expos, property fairs, and community events.
Build relationships with architects, property developers, and facility managers.
Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends.
Provide regular reports on marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Recommend new ideas and tools to improve brand reach and customer engagement.
