Job Description

KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS



- Develop and implement store marketing initiatives to drive footfall and acquisition.

- Plan and execute ATL and BTL campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

- Liaise with brand partners to deliver joint events, activations, and tie-ups.

- Manage in-store POSM and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

- Execute community and in-store events to build customer engagement.

- Identify and manage monetization opportunities through brand and partner collaborations.

- Track and analyze campaign and store performance for continuous improvement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE



- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in retail marketing or brand management.

- Strong understanding of campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

- Creative mindset with strong commercial awareness.

- Proficient in MS Office and general marketing tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
