We are on the lookout for a proactive and innovative Marketing Executive to join our team in the Fit-Out & Joinery industry in Dubai, UAE. This position is crucial for driving our marketing efforts and enhancing our brand visibility in a competitive market. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of marketing principles and a passion for creating impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing online and offline campaigns, and analyzing market trends to maximize our outreach and effectiveness.
Responsibilities: * Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating leads within the Fit-Out & Joinery sector.

• Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends, translating findings into actionable marketing initiatives.
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the company website, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
• Collaborate with the sales department to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our services and unique selling propositions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and fostering community engagement.
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners for event planning, advertising, and other marketing-related projects.
• Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, and other marketing events to showcase our products and services effectively.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in marketing to ensure our strategies remain effective and relevant.
• Support various marketing projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the marketing team and the company.

Preferred Candidate: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the Fit-Out & Joinery or related industries.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools, including SEO, PPC, and social media platforms, to drive online engagement.
• Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and the ability to think outside the box.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Experience with graphic design software and content management systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
