Marketing Professional

Your Mission

Take full ownership of CarandX's marketing direction. Develop and execute strategies that grow brand awareness, drive conversions, and strengthen our market position. You will lead campaigns, performance marketing, and content initiatives that directly impact revenue.

Core Responsibilities

Define and implement CarandX's marketing strategy for the UAE market. Plan and manage digital performance campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google. Develop creative, data-driven strategies to boost brand visibility and generate leads. Lead the content and branding direction across all platforms. Analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and scale successful initiatives. Collaborate with sales and management to align marketing efforts with stock availability and customer demand. Build and maintain partnerships, media relations, and influencer collaborations to strengthen brand positioning.

Requirements

Extensive marketing experience in the UAE, preferably in the automotive or premium retail sector. Proven track record of driving measurable business growth through marketing. Strong creative and strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication abilities. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
