Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels including online research, networking, and referrals.
Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
Maintain and update a CRM database with prospective client information, follow-ups, and feedback.
Cold Calling & Client Engagement
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients (cafes, restaurants, distributors, and retailers) to present the company's coffee solutions and offerings.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Act as the point of contact between clients and internal teams for project execution and order fulfillment.
Coordinate product samples, demos, and follow-ups with clients to support the sales process.
Ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues in collaboration with operations and customer service teams.
Market Expansion & Travel
Travel across GCC markets (e.g., UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar) to meet potential clients, attend trade shows, and explore partnership opportunities.
Collect and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback from the region.
Revenue Generation
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.
Support pricing strategies, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years
of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the FMCG or food & beverage sector.

Proficiency in Arabic
(spoken and written) is a must; English fluency is also required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness and flexibility to
travel across the GCC region
as needed.

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic digital marketing platforms is a plus.
Passion for coffee and understanding of the specialty coffee industry is a bonus.
