Job Purpose:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our products and brand. The ideal candidate will be a passionate marketer with a finger on the pulse of the latest trends and a deep appreciation for the art of fragrance. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand's presence, driving customer engagement, and achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, in-store) to launch new products and promote existing lines.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling and on-brand marketing materials, including social media content, email newsletters, blog posts, advertising copy, and promotional literature.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage and grow the company's social media presence (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer preferences within the fragrance industry.
  • Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan and budget. Provide innovative ideas to reach the target audience effectively and efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, retail, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, such as product launches, pop-up shops, and exhibitions.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports on ROI and KPIs.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a marketing role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Languages:
  • Essential: Full professional proficiency in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
  • Major Advantage: Proficiency in Arabic.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Solid understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Creative mindset with an ability to develop original ideas.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
