We are looking for a proactive and creative

Marketing Executive

with

1-2 years of experience

to join our team. You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and hands-on experience in digital and traditional marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. Create and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral. Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns. Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, and social media optimization. Work closely with the sales team to generate and nurture leads. Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for management. Ensure brand consistency in all communication and promotional materials. Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies, and vendors.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-2 years of proven experience

as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, CRM; Adobe Suite is a plus). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
