Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote homecare services.
Identify and build relationships with hospitals, clinics, community centers, and potential referral sources.
Conduct field visits to promote services, distribute marketing materials, and engage with clients.
Organize and participate in community outreach programs, health fairs, and awareness campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
Collaborate with the internal team to align marketing with service capabilities.
Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and marketing activities.
Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation.
Report regularly on market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally for marketing activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
