Marketing Executive - Imprint Printing Press - NIMS Group

The Job Profile

1. Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to drive new business.

2. Developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and working to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.

3. Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully finalize sales agreements.

4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

5. Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and generate new business leads.

6. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities in a CRM system and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Candidate Profile:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is often preferred.

A proven track record in sales, ideally with 2 years of experience in the printing or packaging industry.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A light vehicle driving license.

Remuneration:

Salary scale from AED.4,000 to AED.10,000 subject to proven experience and results.

Besides an attractive commission structure.

Annual benefits include leave salary and a return ticket as per UAE norms, along with medical insurance.
