About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to promote properties, generate qualified leads, and enhance brand presence in the UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns (digital & offline) for real estate projects.
Manage social media platforms, website content, and online property listings to maximize visibility.
Coordinate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support conversion targets.
Plan and execute property events, open houses, and promotional activities.
Create engaging content for brochures, advertisements, and marketing materials.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to optimize strategies.
Maintain relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3-4 years of Real Estate marketing experience in DUBAI.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, social media campaigns). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with strong organizational abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
