Job Description
Promotes and sells the company's services.
communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
Research market and new customers.
Build up and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
Maintain the customer contact details properly.
Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies
Evaluating marketing campaign
Monitoring competitor activity
Follow up previous job order certificate for deliver on time to customer
Supporting the Marketing Manager/Business Development Manager and other colleagues.
Maintain confidentiality and impartiality during all the levels of work activities.
Experience from Third-party Safety Inspections field should be a plus point.
Sent Customer Satisfaction Measurement Form (Feed Back) to customer and followed and maintained properly.
