We're looking for a Marketing Executive to play a key role in driving our B2B lead generation efforts and enhancing our digital marketing performance. In this on-site role, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting high-quality leads, while working closely with the sales team to align marketing strategy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Generate high-quality B2B leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Snov.io, Clearbit, and Leadfeeder.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid lead generation campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads.

Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and new business opportunities.

Keep CRM systems updated with accurate lead data, activity logs, and follow-up notes.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts directly support revenue goals.

Track, analyze, and report on lead conversion metrics and campaign ROI.

Stay informed on the latest digital marketing tools, tactics, and industry trends.

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing, lead generation, or a similar role.

Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Google Ads, and lead generation platforms.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data.

Familiarity with CRM platforms and data management best practices.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-focused.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience in the technology or B2B services industry.
