Position Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated Marketing Executive to join our growing team and take full ownership of our marketing initiatives. As our Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for the brands we distribute, while having significant opportunities for professional growth within our expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Development
Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for distributed brands
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends
Develop brand positioning and messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences
Create annual marketing plans with clear objectives, timelines, and budget allocations
Analyze campaign performance and ROI to optimize future marketing efforts
Social Media Marketing & Digital Presence
Manage and grow social media presence across all relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok)
Create, curate, and publish engaging content that aligns with brand messaging
Develop social media calendars and content strategies
Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies based on performance data
Engage with followers and manage online community interactions
Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for promotional campaigns
Event Marketing & Promotions
Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, trade shows, and brand activations
Develop promotional campaigns and special offers to drive sales and brand awareness
Coordinate product launches and brand introduction events
Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budget oversight
Create event marketing materials and coordinate with design teams
Measure event success and provide detailed post-event analysis
Brand Management & Distribution Support
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials
Collaborate with brand partners to align marketing strategies with their objectives
Support sales teams with marketing materials, product information, and campaign updates
Develop point-of-sale materials and retail marketing support
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all marketing activities
Marketing Operations & Analysis
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources
Track and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and contractors
Maintain marketing databases and customer relationship management systems
Prepare regular marketing reports for senior management
Stay current with industry trends and marketing best practices
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in distribution, retail, or consumer goods
Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution
Experience with brand management and multi-brand marketing strategies
Technical Skills
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads)
Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights)
Familiarity with content management systems and email marketing platforms
Basic graphic design skills and proficiency with design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Experience with marketing automation platforms
Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or social media marketing platforms
Event planning and coordination experience
Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies
