Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to directly visit potential clients based on provided data, establish connections with key decision-makers, introduce our company, and present our range of services and products. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, effective communication in both Hindi and English, and a confident attitude toward client-facing interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit prospective companies as per assigned leads or data.

Identify and meet with the concerned department or decision-makers.

Present the company's profile, services, and product offerings confidently and professionally.

Explain the unique selling points and special features of our products.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Collect feedback from prospects and report back to the marketing/sales team.

Maintain a record of daily visits, meetings, and outcomes.

Coordinate with the internal team to share client requirements and assist with proposal creation when needed.

Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication and follow-through.

Assist in organizing offline marketing campaigns, exhibitions, or promotional events when Required

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Achieve monthly marketing visit targets and performance KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or client-facing roles.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (verbal and written).

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle pressure.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and printing industry will be an added advantage.

Valid UAE driving license

Pay Scale: AED 4000 - 5000
