Job Title: Lady Marketing Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional). Work with the team to develop strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors for marketing material production.

2. Content Creation & Promotion

Ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing collateral. Write compelling copy for promotional campaigns and advertisements. (Optional only) Create, edit, and manage content for marketing materials, websites, blogs, emails, and social media platforms.

3. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

Manage and monitor social media accounts and schedule posts regularly. Support SEO/SEM efforts and paid online advertising campaigns. Assist with website updates, analytics tracking, and improving online visibility.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Conduct research to identify customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

5. Event Planning & Coordination

Organize marketing events, product launches, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Coordinate logistics, branding materials, and event marketing efforts.

6. Customer Engagement & Lead Nurturing

Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications. Track responses and engagement, helping to build and maintain customer databases.

7. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

Prepare reports on marketing performance, campaign ROI, and KPIs. Present insights and suggestions to improve future campaigns.

Requirements (optional section):

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp). Creative thinking and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Salary may depend on your work experience.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
