We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Marketing Executive

to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention in the facilities management sector.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, social media content, and email newsletters. Manage the company's digital presence including website updates, SEO, and social media platforms. Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities. Liaise with external agencies for design, printing, PR, and advertising. Support the sales team with marketing collateral, presentations, and lead generation efforts. Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.). Manage the company CRM and marketing databases to ensure accuracy and effective segmentation. Assist in developing and executing customer engagement and retention strategies.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the facilities management, real estate, or B2B service sectors. Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Ads). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines. Familiarity with the UAE market and local business culture is highly desirable. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
