to help us elevate our brand presence, increase admissions, and build meaningful partnerships in the community.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and independent marketing professional to support our growth. You will lead the development and execution of our marketing and admissions strategy, ensuring we attract and retain families through compelling campaigns, events, and local partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a targeted marketing and admissions strategy Increase awareness and enrollment through creative campaigns Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and printed materials Identify and build partnerships with local schools, retailers, and community organizations Manage open days, events, and community activations Prepare regular reports and insights on marketing performance Work closely with the Nursery Director and team to align messaging and branding Oversee design and production of marketing materials Pitch stories to local media and manage press relations where applicable

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 3-6 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the education or childcare sector Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project planning and organizational skills Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization to improve online visibility High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with social media management and digital marketing Knowledge of Canva or other design software including video editing Strong networking and relationship-building skills Creative, hands-on, and able to work independently

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
