We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Lead Generation Executive
to support our marketing and sales team in identifying and nurturing potential clients. This role is essential in developing qualified leads through various marketing and outreach campaigns, enabling sales teams to convert them into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Google, company websites).
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through cold outreach (email, calls, messages).
Run targeted outbound lead generation campaigns to support sales goals.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Track and report on lead generation activities and conversion metrics.
Participate in marketing campaign execution, including email marketing and digital ads, when needed.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a lead generation, marketing, or sales support role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with B2B lead generation tools and techniques.
Hands-on experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, email marketing).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in real estate
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
