We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented

Marketing Executive

with a focus on

lead generation

to support our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, and CRM tools to attract and convert potential leads into qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid media platforms. Identify and engage with target audiences to build a high-quality sales pipeline. Develop content and messaging strategies that drive interest and engagement. Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs to track and nurture leads. Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and trends. Collaborate with sales and content teams to optimize conversion strategies. Analyze campaign performance and report on ROI, conversions, and KPIs. Manage lead databases and ensure data quality and segmentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or digital marketing. Familiarity with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, etc.). Strong communication and copywriting skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation software. Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Experience with B2B marketing is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Google Ads and SEO knowledge. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
