creative and driven Marketing Executive

who can take charge of our digital presence, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our brand visibility in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for real estate audiences. Manage SEO and SEM efforts to boost website traffic and search engine rankings. Oversee and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging content and campaigns. Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital platforms. Run targeted ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and more. Collaborate closely with the sales and business development team to align efforts with revenue goals. Build and maintain a consistent and compelling brand presence. Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI) for content creation, automation, and performance analysis. Track, report, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools. Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table to increase engagement and conversions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.

Must have prior experience in real estate marketing.

Proven skills in SEO, lead generation, and managing digital campaigns. Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and social media marketing. Comfortable using AI and automation tools to enhance marketing output. Excellent communication and content creation skills. Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong execution capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite. Basic skills in graphic design and video editing are a plus.
