Role Overview
As the Marketing Executive, you will be the driving force behind our brand visibility, customer engagement, and strategic partnerships. You'll lead impactful marketing campaigns, high-profile events, and PR initiatives that align with our refined brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
-Marketing Strategy & CampaignsDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.Lead brand positioning and messaging across all channels.Design, launch, and manage impactful marketing campaigns to drive membership, engagement, and revenue growth.
-Events & ActivationsPlan, manage, and execute engaging events, workshop and influencer collaborations.Handle all aspects of event planning--from concept to post-event analysis.Digital & Social MediaOversee digital presence across platforms (social media, website, email, paid ads).
-Brand ManagementEnsure consistent brand identity across digital, print, and in-venue touchpoints.Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and bloggers.Develop and lead creative PR campaigns to boost brand awareness.Plan product launches and influencer engagements that generate buzz.
-Performance & InsightsTrack and analyze campaign performance and key marketing KPIs.Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of marketing experience in the F&B or hospitality industry within the UAE (mandatory)Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analyticsExcellent communication, storytelling, and creative thinking abilitiesPassion for food, events, and creating engaging customer experiences
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
