to lead the offline marketing efforts of our Skin and Dental Clinic in Dubai. This role involves hands-on work at the clinic, including patient engagement, coordinating marketing activities on the ground, and supporting clinic growth through local outreach and branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities:On-Ground Marketing:
Coordinate and execute all offline marketing activities including flyers, banners, standees, and in-clinic promotional materials.
Visit nearby salons, gyms, residential areas, and corporate offices for partnership marketing and lead generation.
Organize and manage in-clinic events, awareness camps, and seasonal promotions.
Clinic Branding & Promotions:
Maintain visual merchandising and branding standards across all patient touchpoints.
Handle walk-in inquiries and convert leads into appointments through confident communication.
Monitor footfall and patient response to promotions; gather feedback to improve strategies.
Coordination & Reporting:
Work closely with front office and doctors to align marketing efforts with treatment schedules.
Maintain daily records of marketing activity, footfall, inquiries, and lead conversions.
Report performance metrics and campaign results to management regularly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness industry.
Excellent communication and people skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is a plus).
Strong local awareness of Dubai market, particularly in healthcare or wellness sectors.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and think creatively.
Presentable and confident personality; field visits are part of the role.
