We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Marketing Executive

to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's real estate properties, build brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns for property launches, events, and promotions. Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media platforms. Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, videos, and online listings. Coordinate with sales teams to support lead generation and follow-up strategies. Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversion). Collaborate with external vendors, media agencies, and graphic designers. Organize property exhibitions, open house events, and client engagement initiatives. Maintain updated content on the company website and property portals. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Support branding efforts across all offline and online touchpoints.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate sector. Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms. Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills. Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus.
