  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital advertising, etc.).
  • Create compelling marketing content, including articles, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights.
  • Support the management of the companys social media channels, including creating a content calendar, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
  • Support in updating the company website with fresh, relevant content using content management systems.
  • Support in managing the NPS and customer satisfaction surveys across CNS working closely with cross-functional teams and track the results to create actionable feedback to improve customer service.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for campaigns and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Assist with organizing events such as roundtable events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies to inform innovative strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or similar role, preferably within the technology sector in the region.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms (social media, Google Ads, SEO, etc.).
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute to team success.
