Job Description
Hatimi Properties is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to support our real estate marketing efforts. The ideal candidate must have experience running paid ads (Meta & Google), along with a strong understanding of branding, content, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms Monitor ad performance and prepare performance reports (CPC, CTR, conversions) Coordinate with designers for ad creatives, videos, and promotional materials Assist with website content, SEO basics, and landing page optimization Manage social media pages and schedule regular content Conduct market research and competitor analysis Support the sales team with promotional materials and client presentations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies Creative mindset with attention to detail Proficient in MS Office and Canva; basic knowledge of Adobe tools is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
