Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in the glass, aluminium, joinery, and villa construction sectors. The ideal candidate will have a solid marketing background in the UAE construction industry, especially with exposure to residential villas and fit-out works, and must hold a valid UAE driving license. This role requires a proactive individual who can develop client relationships, generate leads, and support the company's business growth through strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to promote the company's services in glass, aluminium, joinery, and villa construction projects. Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within the residential, commercial, and construction sectors. Manage marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, print media, exhibitions, and direct marketing. Maintain and enhance the company's brand presence through marketing materials, brochures, and project portfolios. Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements and present company capabilities. Perform competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the UAE market. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to support tendering, quotations, and project marketing efforts. Attend construction industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows as a company representative.

Requirements:

3-5 years of marketing experience in the UAE, preferably in glass, aluminium, joinery, villa projects, or construction. Strong network within the UAE's construction and real estate development industry. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of B2B marketing and client acquisition strategies. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office suite. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
