Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Campaign Execution:

Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including planning, implementation, and performance tracking, to achieve client objectives and maximize ROI.

Content Development:

Assist in creating compelling and engaging content for digital platforms, including website copy, social media posts, blogs, and email newsletters, aligned with client branding and messaging.

Digital Marketing:

Support digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, social media management, and email marketing, to optimize online presence and generate leads.

Market Research:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights, providing valuable input for client strategies and campaign optimization.

Client Communication:

Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign performance, addressing inquiries, and offering strategic recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor campaign metrics and performance indicators using analytics tools, prepare comprehensive reports, and deliver actionable insights to clients to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and account managers, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or digital media, preferably in an agency setting. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and innovations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
