Job Summary: As a Marketing Executive for our retail diamond jewelry store, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales, enhance brand awareness, and build customer loyalty. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create campaigns and promotions that resonate with our target audience and contribute to the overall growth of the business. Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy Development:
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies on both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Create marketing plans aligned with business goals and target audience , in coordination with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive foot fall and online sales.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance.
  • Digital Marketing and E-commerce:
  • Manage the store\'s digital presence, including the website, social media profiles, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to enhance the online shopping experience and drive conversions.
  • Event Planning and Partnerships:
  • Organize promotional events, sales exhibitions, and collaborations with influencers.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and social media marketing.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for jewelry, fashion, and luxury retail trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
Additional Information: This role may require occasional travel, attendance at evening or weekend events, and flexibility in working hours during peak seasons or promotional periods. The Marketing Executive will report to the Marketing Manager or Director of Marketing and collaborate closely with sales, merchandising, and store operations teams to achieve business objectives. Training and development opportunities may be provided to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the retail diamond jewelry industry.
