Our client, a property consultant is seeking to hire a marketing executive to join their team in Dubai. Ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing creative campaigns and to promote company products, services and public image.
Job Responsibilities:
Content creation for multiple platforms (facebook, Instagram, linkedin etc), including text text posts, video and images for use on social media and writing according to the medium
SEO & Ad words knowledge (Search Engine Optimization): How to promote, improve and driving traffic
SEM (search engine marketing), driving traffic to your website
Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation\'s brand and social media strategy
Monitor Social analytics: It means data analytics and reporting, as well as online research to identify target audiences.
Devise a social network strategy i.e. create a campaign from scratch to promote a sale or new project.
Measure and prove ROI, set measurable goals for a new campaign across relevant channels and create a report to track performance
Schedule social posts - Each platform has an \xe2\x80\x98ideal\xe2\x80\x99 time to post content
Find relevant curated content - Some of the social posts should reflect business related stories that matter to the client while considering to buy property
Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
Create new strategies for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Requirements and skills
Self-motivated yet customer-focused
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or a related field, and Fluency in English
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC (pay per click) campaigns on all major search engines
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
Knowledge of online marketing, ad serving tools and good understanding of major marketing channels
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
