Coordinate and execute marketing activities, promotions and events for the allocated Business Portfolio (BP), in full alignment with the policies and procedures of the Demind Group and the Brand / Principals guidelines across all relevant markets.

Coordinate and execute marketing activities, promotions and events for the allocated Business Portfolio (BP), in full alignment with the policies and procedures of the Demind Group and the Brand / Principals guidelines across all relevant markets.
POSITION DUTIES:
- Assist in the development of yearly and quarterly marketing plans and calendar of activities for the respective portfolio of brands
- Implement the marketing and promotional activities for the Business Portfolio, as per the agreed plans.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant Principal requirements and guidelines, ensuring that all the respective brands within the Portfolio apply and adhere to the guidelines across all managed marketing activities
- Coordinate on a daily basis with the sales team, and/or Business Unit managers to identify possible marketing requirements and support for the business
- Coordinate with the central team on a weekly basis regarding all marketing requirements ranging from POS, posters, brochures, media requirements, merchandising, websites, PR, CRM and database capturing, displays, etc
- Making sure press kits are sent to graphic designers, the artwork is completed and approved by entertainer (DJ) management
- Flight, hotel and rental car/driver bookings
- Making sure necessary license for performance are issued and distributed to different departments
- Manage the social media calendars which include supporting photo shoots, copywriting brand-focused messages for regularly scheduled posts, attending events and activations to take social media stories
- Assist in customer service issues from all our social media platforms and coordinate with the relevant internal departments
- Managing online review platforms and digital marketing
- Work alongside a team to develop and execute new event concepts
- Follow up on all printing material
- Help with research
- Confirm and over see the production of collaterals
- Support on events we have in an of our outlets (on-site and/or prior)
- Set up and pack down. This includes invoicing and following up with their payments. Due to current credit terms, all require pre-payment before events so this needs to be prepared with accounts and followed up with JOB
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a similar course
- 3 to 5 years of marketing and digital marketing experience
- Experience in the retail hospitality industry would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Should have good organizational and planning abilities including the ability to deal with/work under pressure and tight deadlines
- A hands-on approach with a \'can-do\' spirit
- Must be proactive with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
- The ability to manage and drive a highly dynamic operation.
