Job Description

Responsibilities:
Public Relations & Media Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Arabic media outlets.

Create and implement effective public relations strategies to enhance brand image.

Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews and press releases.

Content Writing:
Produce compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels.

Craft press releases, articles, and promotional materials.

Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging strategy.

Content creation through assisting in photoshoots within the portfolio based on the pre-approved brief and storyboard.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Translation Skills:
Translate marketing materials and content from English to Arabic.

Ensure accuracy and cultural appropriateness in translations.

Events Management & Community Engagement:
Plan and execute inhouse & external events to promote the hospital\xe2\x80\x99s offerings & boost engagement.

Foster community engagement through partnerships and outreach programs.

Advertising and Brand Management:
Design and execute advertising campaigns to promote the organization.

Oversee branding initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Facilitate & support in media buying & planning.

Assist with the execution of the marketing plan to achieve show / campaign objectives.

Work cohesively with all members of the marketing team (PR, Digital and Design) to create an omni channel activation plan and drive implementation to maximize brand exposure.

Reporting & Analysis:
Deliver reports and analysis on activation plans, associated expenditure and resulting return on investment.

Monitor and benchmark competitor activities, category trends and consumer habits in the market, recommending plans and actions to ensure competitive advantage.

Other:
Basic knowledge of social media marketing strategies.

Preferably, the candidate has previous experience in healthcare marketing.

Identify activation opportunities across channels and recommend innovative solutions.

Liaise with internal team members (service team, brand team, etc.) as well as external teams (agencies, influencers and communities).

Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.)

Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven 3-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in marketing roles, with a focus on public relations and media management.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Familiarity with healthcare industry practices and regulations is a plus.
