Role purpose:
  • Coordination and Execution of the growth-driving marketing plans and campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing channels, in the region, under the direction of the Regional Marketing Manager and in line with Global Strategy and Global Marketing and Campaign Plans.
  • Continual improvement of traditional offline and online digital marketing campaigns so that we can demonstrate that the right marketing messages/campaigns are reaching the right customers at the right time, resulting in lead generation, cross and upsell opportunities, and increased brand awareness, consideration, advocacy, and loyalty.
  • Working within the Regional marketing team to maximize efficiencies, effectiveness and apply marketing campaign and channel best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • In line with the global strategy and global marketing plans, coordinate and execute regional marketing plans and targeted campaigns to increase LRQA brand awareness and generate leads within targeted product and service categories for growth.
  • Under the direction of the Regional Marketing Manager, oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns through external agencies, encompassing SEO, PPC, and third-party vendors, while ensuring alignment with project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints. Vigilantly assess agency performance to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and the attainment of campaign objectives. Maintain congruence between agency strategies and the company\'s goals, target audience, and brand guidelines. Additionally, offer creative insights and feedback to external agencies to guarantee that marketing materials resonate with the company\'s brand and messaging.
  • Spearhead event planning, from logistics to budgets, while aligning branding and promotional materials with LRQA Brand & Communications guidelines to boost campaign engagement, effectiveness, brand awareness, and lead generation. Seamlessly organize and execute all event components (e.g., registration, catering, AV, entertainment), cultivate partnerships with event-related organizations, and employ attendee engagement strategies throughout all event stages, including interactive sessions, surveys, and feedback mechanisms. Execute post-event tasks, including thank you emails /notes, gathering feedback, and nurturing event-generated leads.
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of comprehensive email marketing strategies, including segmentation, content generation, scheduling, and dedicate efforts to maintaining and segmenting email subscriber lists, facilitating personalized and precisely targeted communications. Ensure strict adherence to email marketing regulations, including GDPR compliance. Conduct in-depth analysis of email campaign data, monitor crucial key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver reports with actionable insights. Foster seamless collaboration with the marketing team to harmonize email and social media strategies in alignment with overarching marketing objectives.
  • Examine campaign data and performance metrics supplied by agencies to gauge the efficacy of campaigns. Generate concise reports that encapsulate campaign performance and offer actionable insights. Leverage Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools in accordance with established training and best practices, aligning with global directives to create monthly reports on marketing plans, campaign effectiveness, market positioning, product mix, and local client feedback to enhance the market brand and positioning.
  • Facilitate the growth of LRQA\'s brand recognition, thought leadership, subject matter expertise, consultancy, and pivotal industry association/stakeholder relationships and partnerships. This support entails the effective implementation of clearly defined LRQA Public Relations (PR) strategies.
  • As a member of the area marketing team, provide information, recommendations and innovative ideas for new marketing channels, tactics, and tools, ensuring they are relevant, complete, efficient and workable. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and agency management.

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Degree level education in a marketing discipline with at least 5 years of B2B / B2C offline traditional and online digital marketing and campaign coordination and execution experience or equivalent years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar B2B marketing role within the Certification, Testing Inspection and Compliance (TIC) and/or Professional Assurance Services sector.
  • Demonstrated track record in marketing and agency management. Commitment to upholding ethical and legal standards within marketing and agency interactions.
  • Knowledge of applicable IT and digital marketing technologies. Knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, and/or similar marketing and sales systems is required
  • Demonstrated expertise in event planning. Familiarity with budget oversight and financial reporting. Well-versed in industry trends and the latest best practices in event management and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong project management proficiency and keen attention to detail. Adept at performing under pressure and consistently meeting deadlines. Ability to read, write, speak and communicate in English.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Understanding of social media advertising and paid promotion Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Pardot) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Knowledge of email marketing best practices and compliance
  • Creative thinking and ability to keep up with industry trends.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, seeking management input, advice, and direction when needed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a regional and global team
