Job Description

Marketing Executive Marketing Executive is responsible for assisting the team in implementing overall marketing & communications plan focusing on online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness & presence. Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and track marketing activities across online and offline platforms.
• Devise creative campaigns and develop content for different marketing campaigns
• Drive effective and creative smarketing campaigns, work cross-functionally with design, content, performance marketing, product and external agencies.
• Stay up to date with Market and online trends relevant to the brand for ensuring campaigns and promotions are relevant within each platform.
• Create and manage content across social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, that drives engagement and increases brand awareness.
• Write and proofread creative copies.
• Measure, report, analyse the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve future performance.
• Develop tactical social, content and influencer strategies
• Work with the PR marketing agency providing imagery and content briefs
• Understand target audiences and how to engage with different audiences across different channels
• Be responsible for the community management - monitoring and replying to comments and engaging with followers with the \xe2\x80\x9cbrand\xe2\x80\x99s voice.

Requirement:

• Degree in Marketing & Communications preferred
• A genuine passion for marketing with some sound commercial experience in Marketing or Communications
• Clear, confident communication skills with a very high standard of written and spoken English
• Understanding of business operations, brand management and social media management
• Demonstrates a clear and concise style of communication, with a creative/fun spin where relevant
• Good with numbers and analytics
• Self-motivated, results-oriented

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
