What you\'ll be doing
At Chalhoub, we build iconic brands together! Working as a Marketing Executive for Ferragamo and Jimmy Choo you will be responsible for providing professional support in a wide range of marketing activities, working closely with brand teams, commercial and administrative teams. You will be responsible for interpreting, adapting and planning brand marketing plans, keeping in mind the brand standards and budgets.
Assist in building the marketing plans / calendars for the different brands/markets in close cooperation with the Senior Marketing Manager and the brand\'s Headquarters
Build a plan as per business objectives focusing on Awareness, Acquisition and Retention
Be involved in all aspects of marketing, from social and online media, PR, Influencers collaborations, Events in-store and out of store, customer acquisition and customer retention activities
Handle all communication with the Headquarters of the global brands
Work closely with the local CRM team and store teams
Carry out local market research, customer surveys, assessing customer demands, and brand positioning, monitor competitors\' activities, and evaluating market campaigns
Work very closely with stores/shop managers, buying team, VM team, retail directors, brand managers, supply and demand team
Communicate and present all required information about marketing plans and activations to internal and external teams
Coordinate with media agencies on media and social plans
Define and coordinate PR plans, monitor the PR activities and day to day with PR agency
Handle the marketing plans and budgets
Ensure preserving the image of the Global brand in all touchpoints
Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in timely a manner
Follow all relevant Division policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Follow the day-to-day activities related to own job with minimal supervision to ensure continuity of work
Follow up closely on the plans\' implementation, schedule and activities in all concerned markets
Manage and coordinate with concerned parties for the planning and production of all marketing elements (podiums and pop ups, photo shoots, press releases, store and CRM materials)
Meet and discuss with local suppliers, local media for all marketing bookings
Prepare reports on budgets, plans, marketing activities (PR reports, Media Reports, Event reports)
What you\'ll need to succeed
360 marketing experience within luxury retail in the GCC region
Understanding of both traditional and online marketing
Experience in PR, Media (online and offline)
Experience in event planning and execution
Experienced in collaborating with other departments such as Supply Chain, Buying, eCom etc.
Arabic Speaking and ability to travel to the regions
