Roles & Responsibilities

• Conceive, develop & execute efficient marketing Strategies
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
• Assist other functions and the executive team with auxiliary research needs
• Ideate, plan and conduct variety of market research including global market analysis, segmentation and targeting studies, and brand perception tracking for the overseas education sector.
• Analyze research findings and develop presentations, dashboards, models, infographics, and other items to support effective decision-making
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Gather and disseminate industry and/or company information about target markets and customers.
• Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role.
• Creative ability with numbers, being able to put research data into appealing presentations and reports.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and draw conclusions from large quantities of seemingly disparate data and information.
• Ability to effectively work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
