Job Summary: Looking for a Marketing Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Prospect and obtain new business
Plan and organize marketing efforts to assist in growing the business and brand
Oversee the marketing team\'s collaboration with project owners to prepare marketing and sales messages
Identify growing markets as well as market changes to stay on top of the competition
Assist in recruiting the marketing team members, setting marketing and sales strategic goals, training and supervision of marketing as well as sales representatives
Assist with customer relationship management
Prepare marketing regular reports
Reach out to clients to get complaints or comments and handle complaints at the field level
Manage and maintain clients\' records
Conduct any other relevant tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or any related field of study
At least 3+ years of experience in coordinating projects as well as people in marketing or sales activities
Must be creative and innovative
Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions is required
Good communication, influencing and presentation skills required
Strong marketing skills required
