Job Description
Job summary: You will be responsible for the company\'s brand and visual identity across social media channels and marketing campaigns. As the resident in-house graphic designer supporting marketing, you will be responsible for how the company looks when it promotes itself to the outside world. Responsibilities:
- Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization\'s website
- Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connection with customers
- Monitor company presence on social media
- Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of content and designs across various media outlets
- Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
- Film videos and photoshoots on set or on location
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Expertise in Graphic Design, digital & Social Media
- 2-4 years of experience in the related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong creative and analytical skills
