Health and Co. is a leading supplier of medical equipment in the UAE. We offer a wide range of products for hospitals, clinics, laboratories and other healthcare facilities. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic marketing staff to join our team and promote our products in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain. As a marketing staff, you will be responsible for: - Identifying and contacting potential customers and partners in your assigned region - Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our products - Negotiating and closing sales deals and contracts - Providing after-sales support and customer service - Collecting feedback and market intelligence from customers and competitors - Reporting your sales activities and performance to the management To be successful in this role, you should have: - A bachelors degree in marketing, business administration or a related field - At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing of medical equipment or similar products - Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills - A willingness to travel frequently within your region - A strong work ethic and a results-oriented attitude This is a commission-based position with no fixed salary. You will earn a percentage of the sales revenue you generate. The more you sell, the more you earn. You will also receive training, support and incentives from the company.
