- Communicating with the suppliers via call, e-mail and in person about the required marketing materials and ensuring that the received quotation is within the budget
- Signing New Brand Ambassadors and ensuring that the content delivered by existing Ambassadors are as per contract on a monthly basis
- Maintaining a record of the content delivered by the Ambassadors in their respective folders on a monthly basis
- Curating Welcome Kit for New Brand Ambassadors
- Responsible for reaching out to brands that match the company\'s core values for collaborations and ensuring that the confirmed collaborations are carried out successfully without any hindrances
- Curating different types of goodie bags for collaborations based on the partnering brand\xe2\x80\x99s target audience
- Monitoring the social media coverage received from each collaboration and maintain a record of the same
- Requesting Techno-park warehouse to deliver the required products at least a week before each event to curate the goodie bags
- Providing the cost estimate for each collaboration and ensuring that all the carried out collaborations are under budget
- Reaching out to suppliers for FOC and maintain a record on the same
- Budgeting collaboration, influencer marketing and supplier expenses
- Curating the product list for various promotions
- Social media community management and forwarding complaints to the customer service/delivery team for immediate action
- Maintaining Supplier, PR and Social Media invoices to submit to accounts department upon HOD\xe2\x80\x99s approval
- Responsible for developing a month end report on all the activities carried out for the month (Brand Ambassador performance, collaborations and events)
- You must be a graduate specialized in marketing.
- Should be open to learning and flexibility is key.
- Environmentally conscious individuals are what we are looking for.

- Excellent communication skills is a must.
