SilberArrows is seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Marketer & Content Creator for its Mercedes-Benz operation in Dubai. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible in managing all social media, content creation activities developing marketing strategies, designing and implementing marketing plans, maintaining customer relations, and sending SMS blasts. You must possess a strong focus on developing a social presence and advocating brands effectively by keeping abreast of marketing trends. Job Purpose Create compelling content (written, video and photographic) for sales, service, and detailing/PPE. Manage the social media channels in terms of content placement, community management and advertising. Manage the Google Adwords eco-system. Manage the customer communications. Manage the customer satisfaction index (customer surveys, service reminders etc). Own the digital media planning and buying, included programmatic, video, social, search and display. Key Accountabilities Own, manage and amplify our social media channels. Curate and produce compelling stories and content for social media. Identify and help analyze latest digital media trends and emerging technologies, seeking out new. opportunities and applying them to SilberArrows. Create innovative ways to reach and engage consumers digitally. Create blog post copy and captions for social media. Identify, manage and measure appropriate brand social media influencers. Create a social media content calendar. Consider engagement performance and follower activities | improving at all times. Provide sentiment analysis on comments/feedback. Help copyright/compose customer eDMs. Qualifications - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications with expert knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing, PPC and SEM).
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Understanding of Social Media channel.
- Knowledge/experience with video production shoots, photo shoots.
- Proven marketing experience either in a corporate or agency.
